Lola Skinner, Manuka honey has so many incredible benefits and I find it very versatile to use. It tastes great on toast, in plain yoghurt, porridge or straight off a spoon. I also love to use it in warm drinks, very soothing and definitely helps keep colds and flu at bay. I apply it as a face mask once a week to give my skin that extra oomph.
