A natural granulation process is used at Comvita to produce creamed honey that is consistent in texture but easy to spread. Nothing is added to the honey and it is never overheated, that is why Comvita honey is referred to as "raw honey" with all of its natural enzymes and goodness intact.
Comvita Beechwood Honeydew is New Zealand's very own answer to maple syrup. It is sourced from the native Mountain Beech forests of New Zealand’s picturesque South Island. These Beech trees produce a flow of dark, aromatic sap that honeybees collect and turn into a rich, flavoursome honey that remains naturally liquid.
