Delivery

The delivery price for all orders is listed on the Billing and Shipping page of the website. Free Delivery periods are offered from time to time.
Delivery is offered as:

1. Express (USA States only)
2. Ground Service (USA States only)
3. International Economy (International Locations)

To ensure parcels reach you, we have instructed our delivery agent to obtain a delivery signature on every parcel. This means we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. The delivery agent will not leave the parcel if there is no one present to received it.

If the order is to be delivered to a business address, please include the business name in your delivery address.

We accept full responsibility for parcels lost in transit prior to delivery provided we are notified of this loss within 7 days of the order being made. We do not accept responsibility for your order once delivery has been made by the delivering agent. If your order is damaged in transit, please advise us.

Payment

We accept major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), and debit cards.

Payments are processed in real time by Orbital Payment Solutions, a JP Morgan Chase payment gateway. Please note that our trading name will appear on your bank statement as Comvita USA.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item from your order, we offer a simple, hassle free process. We do ask however, that all items are returned in their original condition and packaging. Please include a note in the parcel with your name and order reference and return it by post to:

Please then email us with the items you are sending back for exchange, followed by the full details of the product(s) you wish to exchange the item(s) for. We will dispatch the item/s within 24 hours of notification.
Goods must be in original condition and include their original packaging. Please remember to write your order reference and full name on the parcel.

Should your goods be in any way defective please contact Customer Support and we will offer a full refund or replacement as appropriate.

Refunds


Please package up the goods that you wish to return for a refund and post the parcel back to the address above. Include a note with your name and order reference number and email us on info@comvita.com or phone us on 1855 499 2201 to let us know what item(s) you are returning for a refund.
Goods must be in original condition and include their original packaging. Please remember to write your order reference and full name on the parcel.
