Recipe: Bright & Tasty Late-Winter Tonic with Manuka Honey

We can almost see Spring from here! Make this bright & tasty Late Winter Tonic for a colorful wellness boost. Beet juice is a good source of folate, Vitamin C, fiber, potassium and antioxidants. Cara Cara Oranges are a good source of Vitamins A and C, as well as lycopene. Lycopene has been called “one of the most powerful antioxidants in the world” and is being studied for its benefits on heart health and cellular repair. This tonic is the perfect pick me up for those late winter blues:

2 Tbsp UMF5+ Manuka Honey
1 Cup Beet Juice
1 Cup Cara Cara Orange Juice
1 Bottle Sparkling Water
Rosemary and Sliced Oranges - both for garnish and aromatherapy!

In a large pitcher combine the juices and dissolve the Manuka Honey. Top with sparkling water, ice and garnish with rosemary and orange slices. Sip and thrive.
