Oats ingredients

Here is what you will need:

Serving size: 1 adult/2 kids servings

  • 1 cup creamy cashew milk (or your milk of choice)
  • 2 tablespoons raw Comvita UMF™ Manuka Honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup gluten-free old fashioned oats
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

Toppings are truly optional to what your family likes and have on hand. Some suggestions:

  • Pecans
  • Strawberries
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Raspberries

Steps:

  • Mix everything together in a jar or airtight container, place in the refrigerator overnight.
  • In the morning stir, add a splash of milk (warm if you choose) to loosen it up if too thick and top with your favorite fruits, nuts, and seeds.
