Manuka Honey Daytime Ritual Tea Recipe

  1. Combine water and almond milk in a saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium heat until simmering.
  3. Add in loose leaf tea or break open the tea bag and add the tea leaves.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to brew for 4-5 min. Add cinnamon if desired.
  5. Relax, meditate, and get ready for the day.
  6. Strain mixture through a mesh strainer to catch all the leaves.
  7. Start your day!
