To say that life is hectic is an understatement. You don’t just feel busier these days--you are. Our brains are asked to process more and more all the time, and that can lead to feeling overwhelmed and drained. Add childcare, work and daily chores to the mix and things can get chaotic!
I feel the pressure just like everyone else, but I try to take steps to ensure that I’m always making my health a priority. I make time for small acts of self-care throughout the day, which helps keep me energized so that I can be present for my three kids and husband. Here’s what a typical morning looks like for me:
