3 Manuka Honey-based Health Drinks


Whether it’s to welcome the day or a restful night of sleep, or even an afternoon pick me up, what we drink can have an impact on our well-being. Though many “healthy” foods have a bad rap for not tasting great, Manuka Honey is a delicious energy boosting ingredient that reaps big rewards in wellness and taste.

We’ve rounded up three of our favorite beverage recipes to use this super special honey:


Bright & Tasty Late-Winter Tonic With Manuka Honey

Don’t let the name fool you, this drink is great all year long. Make this bright & tasty Late Winter Tonic for a colorful wellness boost. Beet juice is a good source of folate, Vitamin C, fiber, potassium and antioxidants. Cara Cara Oranges are a good source of Vitamins A and C, as well as lycopene. Lycopene has been called “one of the most powerful antioxidants in the world” and is being studied for its benefits on heart health and cellular repair. This tonic is the perfect pick me up for those late winter blues:


  • 2 Tbsp UMF 10+ Manuka Honey
  • 1 Cup Beet Juice
  • 1 Cup Cara Cara Orange Juice
  • Sparkling Water (for topping off the drinks)
  • Rosemary and Sliced Oranges - both for garnish and aromatherapy!


In a large pitcher combine the juices and dissolve the Manuka Honey. Top with sparkling water, ice and garnish with rosemary and orange slices. Sip and thrive.


Manuka Honey Daytime Ritual Tea Recipe

A sweet morning wakeup, this recipe is a great alternative to coffee. It’s delicious, and gives you just the right amount of sustainable energy to face the day.


  • 1 tea bag or 1 teaspoon of loose leaf black tea
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon of UMF™ 10+ Manuka Honey
  • A pinch cinnamon (optional)


  1. Combine water and almond milk in a saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium heat until simmering.
  3. Add in loose leaf tea or break open the tea bag and add the tea leaves.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to brew for 4-5 min. Add cinnamon if desired.
  5. Relax, meditate, and get ready for the day.
  6. Strain mixture through a mesh strainer to catch all the leaves.
  7. Start your day!


Manuka Honey Nighttime Ritual Tea Recipe

For the perfect, relaxing end to your day, try this nighttime ritual tea. Made with your favorite caffeine-free tea, Manuka Honey, and apple cider vinegar.



  1. Combine all ingredients into a mug while water is heating up.
  2. Add hot water.
  3. Relax, meditate, and get settled in for the night.
