I use this honey to support my immune system as I live with chronic Epstein Barr virus. One teaspoon of this per day is a great preventative for flare-ups and a few a day will calm down an episode quickly once it has begun. More effective than the expensive supplements I was on before, and although each bottle is pricey they last me over a year, vs. paying the same amount monthly for supplements.
